Support For Fundraising Teams.We'll be with you every step of the way; organising and making a success of your event.We know that we can be helpful in making your fundraising event a success! So we help you wherever we can, from our first conversation, through the promotional stages, in organising, and executing a first class challenge. Specifically we will offer: Tailored, or Classic Events:Dependent upon your requirements, and your group size, we can either offer you a standard itinerary, or you may like us to devise a new and unique itinerary for you. We are happy to offer either, and will always do our utmost to ensure you get the event you require. Branded Trip Notes:We will always list your event on our site, complete with a description of your organisation, which can then be downloaded at any time. We can also provide a PDF version of the itinerary for you, for easy distribution. Promotional Slide Shows:In order to communicate more effectively your forthcoming challenge – we are all aware that a picture is worth a thousand words. So why not communicate effectively with your prospective challengers with one of our free electronic slideshows. We will happily mail out these slideshows to you on request. Branded Posters in Electronic Form for Printing:Get your hands on one of our professionally designed, branded posters and the promotion of your event is going to run a whole lot smoother – print them out as many times as you like, mail them around your fundraisers at the speed of light – and communicate and recruit challengers in double quick time! Meeting / Presentation Support:Dependent upon numbers, we will often come out and meet with you to either firm up on your requirements, or to brief your challengers on the forthcoming event, and how best to prepare for it. We find this is a very worthwhile exercise in focusing minds, but also in getting best value from an event by building anticipation and enthusiasm before the event actually starts.
