Snacks |
. Take a mixture of snacks
. Try dried fruit, biscuits, cereal bars - as well as sugary sweets, chocolate etc. Remember that you're up the mountain for 8 days - so save some for the all important summit day!
. You may use energy gels - but remember to take copious quantities of water with them
. Alternatively take some powdered isotonic drink - but make sure you make it up in the correct concentration - otherwise it won't work properly!
